What are the chances? A countdown moment 😁....and 4th day of carnivore

Whilst watching countdown this morning,  on catchup because it is normally shown at 2pm in the afternoon,  when the letters of our surname appeared. What are the chances?  Pretty high I suppose but it made us laugh.

But back to the carnivore diet and I am pleased to say that last night was my first in recent months where I didn't have acid reflux through the night.  Also, I noticed this morning,  no joint pain!  It's amazing and I remember it from my previous carnivore in 2018 when I was losing weight fwa sailing event. What a great feeling wake up and my knees are not aching, nor my right thumb or my elbows or back. Bloody brilliant.  

I felt good today at work although had pain eating lunch. That strange pain where after a few mouth fulls it feels like my stomach won't accept the food. Cramp?   I had to walk a big to get it to go down. 

Lunch was more turkey,  ham brie and, this time, some chedder. 

For dinner tonight I treated us to kebabs.  I only had kebab meat which was nice.  

Looking forward to getting into bed as it is cold tonight.
